Yes. Add the ready-made “Waxing and skin care” questions, or write your own. Clients answer when they book, and the answers are kept with the booking.

Does it work for a cosmetologist who does hair, skin and nails?

Yes. Start from the “Beauty salon (hair, skin, nails)” list and keep what you offer. Each service has its own length, price and clean-up time.

Can I keep treatment records in Rndez?

Rndez keeps booking answers and notes. Keep medical or treatment records in a system made for them.

Can I take deposits?

Yes, on every plan. You pick which services need one, and how much. Clients pay by card when they book. The money goes to your own Stripe or Square account.

Can I sell gift cards or memberships?

Yes, both, and visit packs too. They are off until you turn them on. Check your province’s gift card rules first.

Can clients book in French?

Yes. Every screen, email and text comes in English and French. Turn on both, and each client gets their own language.
