For restaurants and cafés New: Table reservations, without the phone.
New in Rndez. Guests pick how many people, then a time that has room. You set the seats, the pace and how long a table takes. Your till stays yours.
Free for 30 days. No credit card.
What it does today
Party size first
Guests pick 2 to 8 people (you choose the range), then see only the times with room for them. Bigger groups are asked to call or write.
Your seats, your pace
A seat limit for the room, and how many people may arrive every 15 minutes, so the kitchen is never hit all at once.
Table time by party size
A table of 2 can take 90 minutes and a table of 6 two hours. Rndez keeps the seats until the table is free again.
Occasion and allergies
Guests can say it is a birthday or a date night, and list allergies. You see them on the reservation, in bold.
One lane on your calendar
Reservations get their own lane, with the name and party on each one and the people seated each half hour.
Confirmations in two languages
Guests get a confirmation and a reminder that say « réservation » and how many people, in French or English.

What it does not do yet
- No table map or floor plan yet: reservations count seats, not tables.
- No deposits or card holds on tables yet.
- No waitlist for tables yet.
- Rndez never takes the food bill. In Québec, restaurants and bars bill through their own certified till, so yours stays.
A café that also does appointments? Any shop can mix them. A reservation and an appointment at the same minute never block each other.
The price: Included in both prices: $19 CAD a month (about US$14) and $49 CAD (about US$36). No fee per cover or per reservation. See pricing →
