Forecast
What each product will likely use in the next 30 days, from your bookings and sales, when it runs out and the day to order by.
Purchasing
One reorder list, grouped by supplier. Make the order, email it, then mark the delivery in. Average or first-in-first-out cost, by category.
Stock in more than one place
Several locations? Each keeps its own stock, and you move products from one to the other.
