Client profiles

Forms
Booking questions, signed consent forms and patch tests, with ready-made starters for tattoo, massage, nails, lashes, waxing and skin care. A signed copy for you and the client.
Marketing
A promo, a “we miss you” or a birthday message, by email and text. Only clients who agreed or bought from you get it, as Canada’s anti-spam law asks. Review requests and promo codes too.

Questions
Can I keep notes and photos from each visit?
Yes: a note for each visit, a colour formula or tattoo reference, and before-and-after photos. Only you and the person who did the visit see them. They are deleted when you delete the client.
Can I send promotions?
Yes: a promo, a “we miss you” or a birthday message. Only clients who said yes to offers, bought from you in the last 2 years or asked you something in the last 6 months get them. Each message names your shop and has a way to unsubscribe that works at once. Texts count in your monthly texts.
Does Rndez own my client list?
No. Your clients are yours. We never show them other shops, and we never message them for ourselves.
Can clients sign consent forms?
Yes. They sign on their phone before the visit, or on your tablet at the shop. You both get a signed copy. Start from a ready-made form and change the words; check them with your insurer.
