Questions

Can I keep Square Appointments?

Yes. Connect Square in Settings → Integrations. Your Square bookings and their clients show in Rndez, for checkout, stock and reports. Rndez only reads from Square: change or cancel those bookings in Square.

Can clients pay in instalments?

Yes, with a Stripe account. Turn on Afterpay, Klarna or Affirm in Settings → Payments, taxes and tips. Clients can use them on deposits and pay links, but not on a deposit when you may charge a no-show fee. You get the full amount. Stripe takes its fee.

Can my personal plans block times?

Yes. Paste the private link of your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar. Your busy times are blocked. Your bookings can also show in that calendar.

Does Rndez work with QuickBooks or Wave?

Yes. In Accounting → Exports, download the sales file for QuickBooks Online or Wave. GST and QST are on their own lines. Then import it in your bookkeeping app.

Can I add Rndez to my website?

Yes. Copy a short code and paste it into your site: Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or your own. No website? You get a booking page with its own link.

What if I use all my texts?

On Shop, you get 500 texts a month for each location. On Solo, 200. That is about 2 per booking: the confirmation and the reminder. After that, each extra text is 5 cents. A long text, or one with some accented letters, counts as more than one.
