What Team does
Hours and shifts
Weekly hours, plus dated shifts to swap or cover. Online booking follows the schedule. Staff clock in and out on their phone. Rndez flags a week past 40 hours, where Québec counts overtime.
A login for each person
Each person sees their own day. Give more rights when you want: front desk, stylist or manager, or pick each right yourself.
Time off
Staff ask for days off in the app. You say yes or no. A yes blocks those days for online booking.
Commission and payroll
Set each person’s commission on services and products. The payroll sheet adds commission, tips and hours worked, ready for a spreadsheet.
Chair rent
For renters who keep their own money: their rent, what is due or late, what they paid, and reminder emails. Rndez keeps track; you collect the rent.

No. On your own it is $19 CAD a month (about US$14). From 2 people, $49 CAD a month (about US$36) covers your whole team, however many. Add as many people as you need. Each one gets their own login.
