Every fee, plainly
- Rndez fee
- Free plan: 3% of each card payment. Not on tips. You choose who pays it: your client (as a booking fee), you, or half each. Solo and Shop: no Rndez fee.
- Card fee
- Stripe or Square take their own fee on every card payment, on every plan. It comes out of what you get. We add nothing to it.
- Your money
- Payments go straight to your own Stripe or Square account. Rndez never holds your money.
Example on Free, with the client paying the fee: a $20 deposit costs the client $20.60. You get $20, minus the Stripe or Square fee. On Solo or Shop, the client pays $20.
Clients type their card on Stripe’s or Square’s own page. Rndez never sees or keeps card numbers.
Questions
Do you charge per worker?
No. Shop is $49 a month for your whole team. Add as many people as you need. Each one gets their own login.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up with your email. Every new shop gets the Shop plan free for 60 days. After that, stay on Free or pick a plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract. Stop paying and your shop goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted, and your booking page keeps working.
Which plans include Rendy?
Every plan. On Free, Rendy answers the common questions (prices, hours, where you are, free times) with buttons. Solo and Shop add the AI, which understands any message and books by chat. Try it all during your free 60 days.
Can I sell gift cards or memberships?
Yes, both, and visit packs too. They are off until you turn them on. Check your province’s gift card rules first.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Export your client list as a spreadsheet, any time. If you want your shop deleted, write to us and we erase it: bookings, clients and settings. Write to us
