In short

These are the rules for businesses that use Rndez. Rndez is a booking service made in Montréal, Québec.

• No contract. Stop any time.
• Your clients and your data are yours.
• Your money goes straight to your own Stripe or Square account.

What you get

A booking page, a booking box for your website, a dashboard, reminders, and the other features of your plan. We work to keep Rndez running well, but we can’t promise it will never be down or never have a mistake.

Plans and prices

• Free: $0 a month, with a 3% fee on money taken by card through Rndez (not on tips).
• Solo: $25 a month. Shop: $49 a month, for your whole team. No Rndez fee on card money.

Every new shop gets the Shop plan free for 60 days. After that, it goes back to Free unless it picks a paid plan.

Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus any taxes that apply. There is no contract: you can stop at any time, and your shop goes back to Free. Your price does not go up while you stay on your plan.

The payment company (Stripe or Square) charges its own card fees. Those go to them, not to us.

Your clients and your data

Your client list and bookings are yours. You can export them at any time. We don’t contact your clients except to send the messages your bookings need. We never take a cut of your bookings on paid plans, and we never show your clients another business.

Ratings and Rendy

After a visit, you and your team can rate the client, and the client can rate the person who served them. These ratings are private: only the Rndez team sees them. You don’t see what clients said. They never block an account automatically.

Rendy is an AI. It can make mistakes. It uses the services, prices, hours, rules and notes you give it: keep them up to date, and read the chats in your dashboard. You can turn Rendy off at any time.

Your side

• Use it for real appointments at your own business.
• You are responsible for your services, your prices, your cancellation policy and your taxes.
• Follow the law when you message clients, when you import a client list, and when you sell gift cards or memberships.
• Keep your password to yourself.

Money

Deposits, payments and no-show fees go straight to your own Stripe or Square account. Refunds and disputes are between you, your client and the payment company.

Leaving

You can stop at any time. Export your client list first. To have your shop deleted, write to us with our contact form: we erase its bookings, clients and settings. We can close an account that breaks these rules or is used to harm others.

Limits

Keep your own copy of your client list (export it any time). We are not responsible for what happens between you and your clients, such as your services, refunds or disputes.

These terms follow the laws of Québec.
