Money in, bookings, new and returning clients, no-shows, top services and each person’s work, today, this week, this month or any dates, next to the period before.
Taxes
GST and QST collected, the tax you paid on expenses and what is left to send. Each bill keeps the tax it was paid with. Lock a period once it is filed.
Accounting exports
A sales file for QuickBooks Online or Wave, with GST and QST on their own lines, and a sales list for your accountant.
Expenses
Rent, supplies and bills, with a photo of the receipt. Monthly ones repeat on their own. Reports show what is left after them.
Your money goes straight to you
Rndez is never a bank. Card payments go to your own Stripe or Square account. Rndez never holds your money. Solo and Shop have no Rndez fee on card payments. Free has 1%, which Stripe or Square send to us by themselves.

Does Rndez work with QuickBooks or Wave?
Yes. In Accounting → Exports, download the sales file for QuickBooks Online or Wave. GST and QST are on their own lines. Then import it in your bookkeeping app.
What fees are there?
On Solo and Shop, Rndez takes nothing from your card payments: no fee per client. On Free, Rndez takes 1% of each card payment, and nothing on cash or tips. Stripe’s or Square’s own card fee applies on every plan. See every fee
